How effective was Phentermine for you?

How useful and effective was Phentermine in helping you
along or letting you acheive your weight loss goal?

Phen has been very successful, i recomend it to anyone with a weight struggle... Goal met today weighing in at 150.. new goal 135..

I have seen lots of posts showing how well this stuff works. What I wonder is if people are able to keep it off after going off of Phen.

Hey Need, well as i stated in pill chat,, Yeah i have been off od phen for a while now, i soon hope to get back on tho. Well, since i have been off, its been hard not to munch back on everything.. and well the more u eat when ur off phen, the more u will gain.. so after u get off phen, u still have 2 watch ur food, and not always give in to those sugar attacks..lol

I think that Phen helps alot. I stop taking it every couple of months for at least 3 weeks at a time and I do not gain while I am off of it. When I start to take it again I always get the effects right away, no appetite, dry mouth, insomnia and that stuff. it helps me if I drink a ton of water when I first start taking it again... I would reccomend it to anyone that is healthy enough to take it. I feel it is worth the money.

Are you exercising and eating healthier while on it or just relying on the medication?
