this is my second trial on phen. i once tried it last year for one month and lost 14pounds. This year im more determined and is going to the gym 3-4days a week along with food modification on fitday.com. Started at 238 on march 17th. As of 5/13/09 im at 222 and counting. ps im 5feet 11inches tall but have family hx of diabetis and HTN. Wish me luck...side effects of phen are the worst...but im not giving up.
