Your welcome and you got that right,the easy part is losing, keeping it off is the hardest part. Whatever you do, do not go back to old unhealthy eating habits, because you will gain the weight back.

270-235 (clothed) in 3 months.. i followed a hard exercise, and a low cal. diet...

i got off of it, and have been hovering around 240, and cant drop the weight... trying to find a doctor in the area, since gas is so much
