2lbs over night does not mean you've lost weight. It is just
water weight. If you get fast results than u mite even start losing muscle. It is important to remmeber, when you are on pills or a
diet, to eat healthy and combine meals w/ both protein + carb (same amt) at a time and follow a healthy diet. Eat 6 meals a day, and cut out white carbs. Replace splenda for sugar, eat fruits, vegetables, fish, soy, white meat, red meat, use pam spray, as compared to oil (9g of fat per spoon). I know someone who lost weight without the phen, on a diet as such. Also, work out when you can.
On the other hand, my sister who does not follow a diet, eats everything, while on phen has managed to lose 15lbs. She went from a size 9 to a 7 in a month. Her cup size reduced too, which is something she was never able to do. Which is great, but she doesn't eat much to begin with. Makes me wonder, if she ate healthy, she could've lost more weight (as in cut out the fat).
15lbs in a month is GREat and ANYBODY can do it.
