Hello,

2lbs over night does not mean you've lost weight. It is just water weight. If you get fast results than u mite even start losing muscle. It is important to remmeber, when you are on pills or a diet, to eat healthy and combine meals w/ both protein + carb (same amt) at a time and follow a healthy diet. Eat 6 meals a day, and cut out white carbs. Replace splenda for sugar, eat fruits, vegetables, fish, soy, white meat, red meat, use pam spray, as compared to oil (9g of fat per spoon). I know someone who lost weight without the phen, on a diet as such. Also, work out when you can.

On the other hand, my sister who does not follow a diet, eats everything, while on phen has managed to lose 15lbs. She went from a size 9 to a 7 in a month. Her cup size reduced too, which is something she was never able to do. Which is great, but she doesn't eat much to begin with. Makes me wonder, if she ate healthy, she could've lost more weight (as in cut out the fat).

15lbs in a month is GREat and ANYBODY can do it.

I have heard that many people do benefit from the 6 small meals per day--but when you are a busy person how do you find time for the 6 meals? I dont currently work but when I was working I worked 12 hour days and there would have been no possible way to have 6 meals. I think this idea could work for alot of people but everyone is different and I think every person has to find what works for them on an individual basis.

I am down 13 lbs in 9 days. I feel like I am stuck now because I was losing it very quick and now it seems like it wants to stay put. The first 2 weeks I had no cravings this week I am craving chocolate. I am averaging about 8-900 calories per day. maybe that is not enough!? Anyone know?

Well that is what is helping with my weight-loss also. My doctor made me write everything down and then knowing that I would be showing someone made me think before I ate it. It really deterred me from the bad stuff and started to the good stuff. I am eating but it is like Lean Cuisine meals and 45 cal. bread with turkey. So I am not hungry or starving but I think maybe I need more calories?

About how many calories are you taking in, in a day? If it's less than 1000, you most definately need more calories...Honestly I try to stick around the 1200 mark...give or take a few. But you certainly don't want to get under 1000 for the day.
