WOW Poohbear that is great - we started Phen at the same time, but you have lost ALOT more than I have.
As of Dec 18, I lost 39.5, and haven't lost anymore.....hmmm maybe it's time for me to go off of it :(

What have you been doing <grin> tips, tricks any advice since youve done so well?

What is that like 4 pounds per week on average? again WOW!

Good work, Steph! It WILL soon show. Remember that it's harder to tell the difference when you see someone everyday and you DO see yourself daily.
Some folks have reported that after several weeks, sometimes in a couple days the loss could be VERY evident, as if, "How could that have happened so 'fast'?"
Just keep on going...March! March!

Hi Stephanie,

I'm glad you have lost weight. Just keep at it. Sometimes when you're working to lose 100+ pounds it's hard to see a 10-20lb loss. But don't get discouraged. 16 pounds is a LOT.

I have taken phen 37.5 since Feb 2006 but no exercise routine or even moderate exercise on a regular basis and no dieting either and I have lost 42lbs...Recently I started working out and watching what I eat but that has been within the last two months or so. Before that I would try to watch it but I would generally eat whatever. So I know phen works....at least for me

I lost 12 pounds the hard way going from 150 to 138 in 8 months, working out and dieting. Then I gained 4 back on a trip. Then I dieted and lost back down to 133. Then I gained it back and went to 140 but again that was also after a trip. So I was at 140 when I started the phen. I lost 11 pounds in one month. So I went down to 129. Then I was on and off the phen for about 3 weeks and I went down 5 more pounds to 124. Since then I have just been dieting and working out with out the phen and I have lost 2.5 more pounds. It took 1 month to lose the 2.5 pounds... Sigh.

I am now trying to keep it off. The phen for me really works faster than the old fashioned way but that is due to my age, 48 and being near menopause and a really slow metabolism. I am glad to have had the opportunity to try the phen and it really boosted my enthusiasm to lose weight quickly.

I am really watching what I eat now to not regain the weight. I didn't do that before when I lost weight and I know that I need to do that going forward.

That's the way to go about it. You are doing a great job and I'm sure you'll have no problem with long-term weight maintenance.
