15 lbs.! I'm thrilled! I tried 15 years to shake that weight and then it came off in 5 mos.!

Okay, I just had to take a moment to brag a bit, I have hit the 33 pound mark!

Just weighed in this morning. I am down 3 dress sizes and happily buying a few new items to get me through until I lose more.

I have been reading about everyone's success, congratulations to all who are working hard and getting healthier!!

Yeah us!!!

It's great to read all these success stories!! I know there are a lot of happy faces out there with their NEW bodies! Newbies remember - Taking it off is only part of it . KEEPING it off is sometimes even harder .

I thought I would update since I hit my 100 lb mark and Onderland.

On August 1, 06 I started Phen and weighed 264.5lbs.
On July 12, 2007 I weighed 196 lbs.

Total weight loss on Phen to date: 68.5 lbs

The other 34.5 lbs, I lost on my own before August 2006.

I started phentermine on 8-31-07 and as of 9-08-07 I have lost 4lbs. I am really watching what I eat and doing some cardio when I get a chance....plus lot's of water.
