I would definately tell the doctor about your arm. You can never be too careful with these things. I hope everything turns out ok and good luck with the rest of your weightloss.

hi y'all,
I'm online tonight trying to find out information on prescription weight loss drugs and stumbled upon you guys. i must say i'm really excited about it all, however i do have a coupld questions.
first, i live 1.5 hours away from my dr and do not have insurance, i was just wondering how much on average you guys spend on a bottle that fill it by prescription. and second, how do i get my dr to put me on it?

see, last aug i was an embarassing 203 lbs. this july i went on the scale and i'm now a horrible 232 lbs!!! i wanna get down to my 150 lbs but would be happy even at like 160-170. i'm scared because i didn't change any real eating habits besides cutting out the vending food i ate at work, and i moved in with my bf and well...i excersise more than before

. i just don't know how i gained that much in a year especially since my whole life really i've been a size 14...now i'm a very tight 18...help!!!

Welcome, teardrp4u21! First, recognize that weight loss drugs are NOT for everyone who is overweight. As far as I know, ALL they do is help you have the energy and willpower to stay on a diet as you re-teach your body healthy eating patterns.

There are a couple of reliable online pharmacies but going online to buy is much more expensive than picking them up at Wal-mart's pharmacy, so I would ask my doctor first. Some doctors only react to the word phentermine, though, as they glance back at when it was ONE of the ingredients of phen-fen, something they took off the market. Phen by itself does not have the same danger, but it must be used with wisdom and patience.

If you decide to go online, you may pay $40 or $50 for a month's supply. The only online pharmacy I ever use is mylittlepharmacy.com . You must be upfront and honest with all your medical history and any medicines you are taking because some conditions do not call for mixing phentermine in!!

Hello All...

I just start taking the 30 mg blue clear capsules on 07.18.06. I walk everyday for about 20 mins. Drink plenty of water and I am eating good. I have notice that my energy is way better than before. I weigh a total of 295 and I am hoping to lose 50 lbs at least. Any other suggestions on my routine.

The biggest thing is get a diet and exercsie plan that you can follow for a life time....the only way you will maintain your lose is with a healthy lifestyle
