I have been doing atkins for 2 1/2 months now, and just recently began phen on saturday. I am continuing atkins, but using slimfast low carb bars. I really dont eat any 'real' food. Occasionally i will have some meat or veggies, but mainly bars and drinks. I try to eat 5 bars and or shakes a day(1,000- 1,200 calories). I drink plenty of water (50 fl. oz) and exercise about 45min. every day. I was exercising vigoursly before phen, but once i got on the treadmill and saw how high my heart rate was---i slowed my pace.
I weighed 175 when i got phen and now down to 169 in four days. I cut back on exercise because of my heart rate.. now only going to the gym about 3-4 times a week.
I recently had a baby in march. Throughout my pregnancy i gained 60+ lbs. (starting weight was 150)... When i delivered, i was at 218 lbs... So, since march i have lost 43 lbs. I wanted phen because i think i was reaching a plateau and REALLY need to get back into shape..
