How long does phentermine stay in your system?

I am interested to know if anyone knows howlong it stays in your bloodstream/system for?

If you want to give it a break due to tolerence when would it truly be out of your system for (approx)?

I heard that it stays in your system for five days after you take one pill. However, this could be totally wrong. Ian, could you help?

I wish I knew, but it seems to depend on the person. I'm not sure what
the general statistic is. Do you remember where you might have heard
that Phentermine stayed in our bodies for 5 days?

I can say that caffeine has an effect on how long it stays in your body.

I seem to remember either hearing it from somewhere online or my doctor. Can't say that I'm sure about it though.

If your worried about a drug test then I also found this.

"As Phentermine is similar chemically to Amphetamines, it may cause a positive result in urine screening tests for Amphetamines."

Phentermine stays in your system for roughly 72 hours before it begins to dissipate. There shouldn't be any traces of it in your system after a full 5 days have passed. It has been known to test as an amphetamine in some people. dawg
