To answer your questions:
I have't really been getting extremely tired but I have been sleeping much better than I have in a while. I told my doctor that yesturday and he said that was very strange that a lot of people have the opposite effect. But for me, my sleeping habits have improved - and I haven't had to take a sleeping pill since I started the phen.
As for eating - I'm really trying to stay around 20 grams of fat or less a day and trying to stay away from red meat (which I'm not doing real well with) and no butter or oil what-so-ever -- all of which my doctor strongly advised. I have had a B12 shot 2 weeks ago when I first started and will now have one every 28 days at the doctor's office.
Exercising .... I didn't for the first 2 weeks and just started yesturday.
