I have stopped taking Phentermine for about 3 weeks now. I am steady at 155. Up or down one or two pounds. I work out 4 days week. Running about 1 1/2 miles to 6 miles. I also play tennis about 2-3 times a week. I was really scared when I got down to the last two weeks of pills. The biggest fears were that I was going to gain all of it back. Well guess what- As long as your afraid to gain it back the better off you will be!!! I feel and look good. I didn't realize how much weight I had really gained until people I had not seen in while were just at Aaahh over the way I look. It doesn’t matter how we get here- it matters that we stay here!!! I have to take some pictures to post. My next step is strength training. This is a life commitment. If read some of the other post the women who gained all the weight back didn’t have much success the second time on Phentermine. This is it!!! Do it and KEEP IT OFF!!!!
Thank you all for support. I didn’t reach my goal weight of 135-140 but I set a time limit on Phentermine and I stuck to it.
