I would love to lose the extra weight and tone up but I dont know what is the best thing for me to do to tone my legs, butt and stomach. Hey Ian, maybe you can help me out there? My main form of exercise is running after my 2 year old. When the weather is nice I walk but thats it. I used to be a member of a gym but I'm not now. so what do you think? Am I doomed or do I have a chance to tone up in my old age, lol.
