You do look pretty good at the 133, are you sure 125 won't make you look kinda sickly, you already have a narrow shaped (oval) face frame ya know what I mean? You look slim and in a healthy way right now. Just wondering.

CNSlim - I need to lose more around my butt and stomach. Heres a picture of me from this past summer. I was only 2 lbs from my goal weight, I was 127 lbs.

Oh, well, you look fine, I was wrong thinking you'd look too thin, you still look like you'll have meat on the bones at 125. :grin:

I would love to lose the extra weight and tone up but I dont know what is the best thing for me to do to tone my legs, butt and stomach. Hey Ian, maybe you can help me out there? My main form of exercise is running after my 2 year old. When the weather is nice I walk but thats it. I used to be a member of a gym but I'm not now. so what do you think? Am I doomed or do I have a chance to tone up in my old age, lol.

You are in no way doomed. All it will take is jogging. Running REALLY tones
your calves and your stomach too, not to mention burning the fat all over
your body.

You can tone your muscles by just doing some weight workouts with light
weights that allow you to repeat the movement 15-20 times quickly.

Yoga has also toned my body. It's definitely a workout too.
