8-) Hi im Tammy, i have been on phen for about a month now.I was at 230 4 yrs ago and just had to do something about it. I tried the metabalife w/ephedra and within 9 mnths i was at 130!! i was so proud of myself. I changed a lot of things in my life and found myself in a new relationship ( i had 2 girls 8 and 10 ). Out of the blue unexpectantly got prego, well had a hard pregnancy gained 50 lbs at least it happened with a great guy!!! Now im at 140 w/a 3 yr old in tow and can not no matter what i do lose the 20 more i want gone.That is when phen came in my friend told me how great they were and as i said before ephedra is what did it for me but at the time it was still banned (its not now),The first week i lost 5 lbs second 5 lbs now im on a month and no more but i can see the difference so im hyped still. So there is a little about my battle and its great to talk to other people in the same boat. :grin:

:grin: Hi, Tammy. You lost a lot of weight with ephedra. Do you recommend that over the phen? I have taken ephedra years ago but didn't know whether it was still available. I hope to hear from you~

Congrats on such an amazing weight loss Tammy! I am dying to weigh what you do now! I'm taking off the pregnancy pounds also-gained about 70, lost 25 doing Atkins, just started phen a few days ago, but I have used it before to lose the baby fat.

I have taken ephedra before, too, and it does work very well. It was banned for the last several years, but the FDA just allowed it back on the market April 2006, and there are very few companies that are producing it again yet. Do a search on Yahoo or google to "buy ephedra" and you'll find several links. I've got 2 1/2 months supply left of phentermine, and then I'm gonna switch to ephedra since I'll probably have tolerance by then anyway. Maybe by then the market will open up a little more product availability as well.

hi everyone! I have gone a while i got married on june 9th it was so awesome we did it in our back yard around our pool it was so pretty but anyway just getting halfway back on track. I lost all of my inital weight with ephedra 100 lbs i was at 230 and dropped to 130 in 8 months. When i tried the phen the ephedra was still banned here and a friend had good results. i ended up losing a total of 15 lbs and 5 in off the waist and some off the thighs and hips, but it was not all the phen i think about id say about 6 weeks into the med i was having major issues with the tolarence and started taking a cleanser the max muscle here recomended it was sculpt and cleanse and that was when i really started to lose the inches. And ephedra was available again here at our max muscle ( it is the only place here that sells ephedra now) so i cycle about every 2 to 3 weeks between the phen and the ephedra. The phen i swear no more than 2 weeks on it and its like im not even on it anymore. But i remember every day what it was like being that weight and i dont want to be there again i was so unhappy and people treat you different also i have been able to sustain myself at 130 to 140 i swear i can gain 10 lbs in a week so i flucuate but i work hard at it i have a 14 and 12 year old daughters and i want them to be healthy and happy and not have to go through what i did. I drink a lot i do mean a lot of water every day and i eat very well lots of veggies and fruit no fried no sweet not saying ever we all fall off the wagon but you have to be able to say ohh that was bad but hey its ok to splurge just not all the time.Im telling you girls if i can do it and if you seen my wedding pics you would see just how worth all the works was cause i dont think i have ever been happier ( other than having babies when everyone told me how buetiful i was!!!! All right im off to start the day as mommy/ home worker yall have a great day and keep telling yourself you will make it to where you want to be it just takes time. :cool:

i amso sorry i have not been on in a while i posted a little yesterday but everything is just getting normal again. Yes i have awesome pics ill try to post today or tommorow.Thankfully i have 1 location here in town that does sell the ephedra in its same dose as before( most sites say it is but it is half the dose i was on w/ metabalife was 35mgs i took 2 morning 2 night. That was originally why i started the phen was it was not available yet again.A friend told me about phen, i tried it and it was asgood as the ephedra was i just built a tollarence to it on like week 3 and have ever since so i cycle between the two about every 3 to 4 weeks . Im currently 137 but let me tell you its hard i have not been able to stop meds to sustain yet i think im too scared to try. I never want to be there again thats for sure. Thanks for all your support ill post pics in its on thread.

Hi, Tammy! We haven't heard from you in awhile and I was wondering how you were doing. Is the cycling helping you any? I am a bit confused about ephedra and how it works but I would stay clear of it if it still can cause heart problems. We want to stay safe, right?
I have read of a couple botanical products that can ease hunger pangs and help your tummy stop crying out for food all the time. Have you tried any of these?

Congratulations Tammy. I have been taking Phen 37.5 for several months now and seem like I'm stuck at the same weight for about a month. Susan, I live in Alabama also; where is a good site to order from and what has worked for you. I've been looking for a site with reasonable prices. Any suggestions.
