I too just started the Phentermine on Feb. 28th at 198 and as of March 6 was at 189. I am sooo excited but I think mine may have been just water weight. I hate water but I have been tons of it for the past week and trying to eat more food. My problem is that I am a mom of three teenangers and they are involved in every sport and club under the sun so I usually only eat dinner which is around 10 pm so my body stores fat. I hardly get hungry but I'm trying to eat a small snack of fruit or vegetables every three hours to try and kick start my metabolism.
I haven't weighed in this week but I update when I do.
I love this forum, I am the type that NEVER post but everyone here is super nice and make me feel comfortable.
