Hey everyone!!! i just wanted to say that i have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks bringing my total to 180lb,not bad for not exercising @ all i sprained my ankle, so that didnt help me much but i kept hanging in there, i drank lots, lots, and lots of water, ate plenty of fruits, veggies and basically watched my calorie consumption (even though i went bounkers on the 4th of july :( . Does anyone out there by experience can tell me should i move up to a highter dosage i have been drinking 30days 30mg (blue and white), and after a while the feeling wasnt the same, i dont want to feel hungry @ all and now I am.. i havent finished the pills yet but i want to move up! Am leaving on vacation August 11 and i want to be 25lbs lighter by then i hope this is possible, my ankle is feeling a bit better so hopefully light exercise for me. Well good luck to everyone!!
