Man, you guys are awesome!!!! If I had results like that, I'd be way more inspired. I haven't posted here, and I'm fairly new to this site. I'm thirty four, and never knew what it was like to be heavy until after I graduated high school. I blew up- in the course of year, gaining close to 100 pounds.I'm lookin to make it work this time- I've seriously considered surgery. Give me all your tips everyone-I really could use 'em!
