There are no medicines or exercises that I am aware of that will assist with breast reduction other than those which assist with general weight loss.
Weight training exercises, however, can build up the pectoral muscles, which can alter the appearance of the bust, while having no impact at all on breast size per se.

Don't give up on your weight loss Christy...you've just reached a plateau and need something to jump start your weight loss again. Good Luck!

When i was at the 35lb mark i was excited to buy new bras and not be a DD. Well, that didn't happen. I am now a size F. And NO, they don't just look bigger, bra sizewise, they ARE bigger.

I was really hoping to at least drop to a single D because I did exercise regularly. But, do what I do. I remember that women pay thousands of dollars and although they might be a bit perkier....they still spent thousands of dollars for what we already have!

:P Hey, don't complain too much, ladies. mine stopped growing before they ever started. :bubble: So, 10 yrs. ago at the age of 26 I invested $4500 just to go from a size A to a C. $4500! I could have saved $4500! In my opinion it's better to be blessed than have to invest!! :smt098

Wow, When I began a diet, it was my breast area that I lost the most weight from and quickly, I might add. I didn't understand why, and when I asked my family doctor he really didn't have a satisfactory answer. I was never overly endowed to start with but, now that I'm back to my original weight, talk about flat-chested! Those of you who are amply endowed, unless they are creating problems, such as back pain etc., Count your blessings. I, for one, would gladly take that problem and cheerfully. allheart

I guess I was just always meant to have big breasts. I learned from a friend over the weekend though that the reason why my cup size got bigger after losing 30 lbs is because my band size got smaller. I went from a 36/28DD to a 34DDD/F. But if I try to measure myself using the tips from Victorias Secret, Fredericks, and even Oprah-from her bra special- the numbers all add up to me being a 32B. It's all out of whack.

But for the woman who paid to get them larger be glad they are perky!!!! I am jealous!

And not only is my bra size larger, but the fact that my middle area is getting smaller they now pop out more. My last 7-8 lbs is just a bunch of fat from my middle. YUCK!

I should only be so lucky.!! :smt102 :smt017 [smilie=to funny.gi: [smilie=to funny.gi: I, myself am not quite 5"4'. I weigh 114 and of course I don't have the huge chest. I really shouldn't complain because I'm a 36B and I guess for my size body it's o.k. I have a small frame so I have to be content with what I have. With your height, (shorty) look who's talking, your goal weight is fine. It puts you right about in the middle of suggested B.M.I. =D> \/ \/ [smilie=to funny.gi: [smilie=to funny.gi: :groupjump: [smilie=to funny.gi: :fear-smellie: :bubble: :^o OK, So I'm jealous. Good Luck, allheart

Okay!!!! I have lost a little over 20lbs.. how do I not lose any more weight in my breasts?!?!?! haha... I have the total opposite problem! I am losing weight in my breasts and legs.. no where else... I want to keep my chest though, but seems like I can't do much to stop the inevitable.
