this is my first time in this site, hello everybody im from mexico but im living in texas now, i dont know if is the food , the pregnancy , but i gaing a lot of weight, im short 5,2" and weight 165 pounds, i am felling good with the pills, more energy , and i eat less of everything and i lost 7 pounds in 1o days, im happy now, im not so good on exercises, but i try , well i need to lost 30 pounds more, and i hope that that hapens soon, sorry for my english , i need more practice,im 28 years old, with this pills i fell that is a hope for this problem, for me is a big problem..thankyou, ans share your history with me, you thing i can lost 30 pound is 3 months?

Welcome. Yes, I think you can lose 30 pounds in 3 months. I hope you'll take a little bit longer though as it helps the weight stay off if you lose more slowly. Most people recommend losing 2 pounds a week - you're talking about 2.5 basically so it's not too far out there. Just be careful what you eat and start to exercise. Honestly the exercise piece will help you keep it off more than anything else.
