CONGRATS! I just started 6/3/06 and I am down 15lbs. I started at 164 (5"3) I am 148 today 6/30/04. My goal is 118lbs. You look great. Are you still losing or maintaining.

You have had great success as well, are you exercising alot as well as eating the right foods, I have lost 10lb since 6/12 and I appreciate any advice people have to share.

As others have spoken, you really do look great. You made a good point when you said you are one of those ppl who have to see things in order to believe it. Well, so am I. And now that I have seen your wonderful results, I do believe that it can be done. I hope that I can be as successful as you are. Are you still taking the Phen or just dieting on your own now?
