Hope your weekend was ok and there were no flying scales on Monday LOL. Weekends are my slack off time and I'm happy if I weigh the same on Monday as I weighed on Friday...lately I have been down a few pounds on Monday which is awesome, but I know that will taper off as time goes on.
I don't usually workout on the weekend but I may start at least one day doing some extra cardio just to kick up my metabolism. I'm feeling sluggish and that usually happens when I'm not working out hard enough.
