238.0 pounds!!!!!
I switched things up a little bit since last week really doscouraged me. Since I am NOT hungry most of the time, I make myself eat at least a normal container of yogurt for breakfast(730 am). I drink 52 ounces of water, and when that first 52 is gone, then I take my pill. I drink another 52 ounces over the course of the day. I work 11a-11p, so when I get to work, I drink 16 ounces of slim fast. For dinner (around 4pm), a salad (usually) with meat, cheese, and eggs on it. For a snack (7pm) I have another 16 ounces of slim fast and then whatever my family has for dinner (on my nights off work...otherwise slimfast is the last thing I "eat") BUT, I eat it on a salad plate and watch the carbs.
