Thanks so much Susan, I ususally get the B-12 shots when I go to the doctor to get my pills which is ever three weeks? They do seem to give me a boost of energy, I will try the lemon juice, how long have you been on phen and is it still effective for you, like the first time you tried it?

What is 5-HTP, and it is a pill or a liquid?

:p Morning, Amberstone! The 5-HTP are pills. They are amino acids and help to regulate appetite.
:cool: I have been on the same dose since May 22. The pills worked better in month 2 than the first 4 weeks, which was a delightful surprise for me. I know that when you quit taking them that it takes 5 days for them to clear your system whcih seems to indicate they really DO build up in your bloodstream!
