Hello all I just wanted to share my welght loss with all my Phen buddies, I started Phen 6/12/06 at 192 and today I am 182. I am so excited, I was skeptical at the beginning and after spending hours at a time reading the different post and getting very good advice from veterans of phen, I see that it really works.
I try to take it one day at a time and not think of what I want my goal to be but rather when I like what I see in the mirror and how I look in my clothes, I am 5'2 so I really dont want to be too small that I look sick but just right that I look good.
So to all those that at are having a hard time with phen, please stick with it, it really works.

Hi Cyndi,
Sorry it took me so longer to get back to you I was in Atlantic City for a couple of days, even though the casinos were closed we had fun.
I was given a diet plan to follow from the dr. that prescribed phen to me, it consists of a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt that is no more than 100 calories, so I eat the Weight Watchers ones those are good especially the vanilla, you can eat meat but only once a day you can decide which time works best for you I usually eat it at lunch and for dinner have 2 differents vegetables, no pork, so I only eat chicken or turkey, no junk foods, diet soda in moderation, you can have pretzels, baked tortilla chips, ginger bread cookies 10 smalls ones, you can have one of those items once a day, skim milk, and if you eat bread it should be wheat.
And I am not a big fan of exercising but I have been walking at least 4 times a weeks, at least 3 miles each time.
I hope that helps if I could post the diet plan I would so maybe some others might take a look at it and see if it works for them, I am down 2 more pounds since last Monday and it feels so so good, I have to say I was very skepitcal at the beginning but it does work with the combination of a good diet and exercise, you have to changes your normal eating habits and once you start to see results it really makes you feel good or at least it did for me, This is a great site and it have really helped me alot and I know it will help you too, so keep me posted on your success.
We can do it

 Amberstone! That diet sounds great!! I never even thought of meat only once a day. So many other things have protein in them, especially the yogurt. I like to eat no-fat cottage cheese with about 4 Equal packets and a small handful of almonds---YUM! The dieter's ice cream! It is delicious! Thank you for all your great suggestions!

Hi, AmberStone! There are several things you can do. Add a squirt of lemon juice to your water and drink at least 100 ounces a day. Buy 5-HTP at Wal-Mart..300 mg if they have it. It should be under $10. Take it once a day. If you are not taking sub-lingual B-12 pills, ask your pharmacist or doctor about this. Step up your exercise even if it's only adding one minute a day more.
If this doesn't help, remember to eat 200 calories, 5-6 times a day, every 3 hours. Protein stabilizes your blood sugars for 3 hours, knocking down the hunger pangs, so ALWAYS include protein. It can be yogurt, as you mentioned, skim milk, fat free cottage cheese, cheese sticks, nuts, beans, peanut butter, meat, chicken, fish, tuna, etc. Fill your meals out with vegetables all day long. Eat your fill of salad greens(not iceberg lettuce), tomotoes, broccoli, squash, mushrooms, etc.
If this doesn't help, stop the phen for 3 days. Start again. Any help? I am praying you can find the right thing to sdo; we don't want to lose you, Babe! HANG IN THERE!!!

Would the over the counter B12 sublingual vitamins be just as effective or not? I have been thinking of trying them as well. I need another boost.

Morning, Gals! I have heard the regular B-12 pills they sell cannot be absorbed by the body but that the ones that you let dissolve under your tongue are nearly as good as the shots~
