I have been working out at the gym 1 1/2 hours 5 days a week for 2 years and ate whatever I wanted and just stayed at the same weight...I'm such a big eater so when I got on the for me it was Magic that it helped me not eat EVERYTHING in site ALL day. I love it I thought NOTHING could help me..I use to crave food like I was prego.. My goal is 130... I have lost total of 14lbs...so far!
