there is no where else i could say this where people wouldn't think i was being snotty ~ I HAVE LOST 30 LBS NOW! started on may 20th.

i've taken a month of phentermine, eaten a ton of protein (body for life), and exercised and feel so amazing! it hasn't been like a magic pill, but 1/2 a 37 mg each morning has gotten me up, working out, and refocused my whole head.

happy happy happy ~ but there is still more to lose...like much more...i don't have a fancy ticker thing, because i struggle with numbers and am trying to focus on measurements and my clothing size instead. i have lost 4 inches from my waist...shocking. my husband is stoked, my kids are worn out from all the places we are going like the places i avoided (the park, the beach etc.) i just am starting to feel like me again.

i'm going to post some pictures if i can figure it out how - do i need to host them on photobucket? - the difference in my face is pretty dramatic

:-D Hurray! Hurray! Congratulations on that weight loss! I have been on my diet since May 22, and though I didn't weight at that time, I bet I have lost only 10 pounds. I think you can post pictures under the phen success stories~

Wow, that is soo great!

Even though you aren't focusing on a number, you should still list your starting weight in pounds and then try to check it out again at least every couple of weeks, it can be motivating where sometimes our clothes stop showing us we are loosing, but the number has gone down on the scale, it is a delicate balance I'll tell you from experience.

I used to be a very active member on the forum and I left for a while, back slid and gained back 15 lbs...now I'm back and trying again!

How come you lose so much weight with the phentermine you??? The maximum I've lost up til now is 8 pounds in a month :-(
