Just found this site and love it

I owe my weight loss progress so far to Phentermine. I began taking it on March 2, 2005 while at my highest non-pregnancy weight at 310 lbs (highest weight during pg was 329 lbs). I was so unhappy with myself and knew something had to be done. I was constantly out of breath, had a hard time playing with my kids, could hardly find clothes to fit, my back hurt, everything hurt. I was too embarassed to go to the dr so ordered Phentermine online and WOW it gave me that boost I needed. Once the weight began to come off motivation kept me going. It took about 50 lbs for me to start seeing changes in myself. My mind was so set in seeing my body one way it was hard to wrap my mind around being another. To date I'm down 80 lbs and trying to lose about 80 more. I'm at a plateau now and have been for about 4 mths but don't plan on giving up. My body became used to the med so I'm off it for now.

Here are some progress pics... I'm SO glad I took these because it also helped to visually see my progress since I didn't feel any different for so long.

I'm glad you joined our support group and wish you much success.
I know you can do it especially if you hang around here.

If you want to get the appetite suppression back badly, you can
try something like phentramin, which is a natural alternative.

Anyway, please let us know if you have any questions. I can't
wait to see other peoples' reactions to your amazing progress.

I am so proud for you and I know, too, that that plateau will break with just a little change in your routine--maybe add 5 minutes of exercises you may not have been able to do before. BamaGurlie - Inspirational story! Thanks for sharing. I spent about a month at an unmoving plateau but like you I just kept at it and FINALLY the blessed scale started to move again. Of course, I'd so like to be a -80 lbs like you are. That's amazing. Congrats on focusing on being a healthier you for yourself and for your family! Ellen
