I finally found a product that works. My doctor had prescribed me adipex, it was a plain white pill with no spots and twice they didn't work! I asked him to change it to the blue/white capsules based on all of your great stories. It seems to be working. I feel great! I feel the side effects, but I think I can manage it. Also, my appetite has decreased a lot. I'm forcing myself to eat even if I don't want to.

Hurray, livelovelife! Isn't that a super feeling when you finally get the one that is right or you? :-D I am so glad you stayed with it until you found one that works well; I have heard really good things about Adipex.

Thanks for the welcome, but on my third day I expereince some major nausea. So, I am taking 1day off and will get back on it again tomorrow.

sorry to hear about the upset stomach. I know it's recommended that you take P on an empty stomach but maybe with a glass of milk or a small amount of food. It may help ease the queasiness. Or breaking it in half and taking 1/2 in the AM and 1/2 around noon.

so now that i'm back on...the side effects have decreased a lot. to the point where i'm not sure if it's working. i get hungry and feel really bloated. i'm not nauseated anymore either.

:confused: Hi, LiveLoveLife. I am so sorry to hear you don't feel it is working for you yet. Hopefully the upset and bloated feelings had their course and perhaps not even related to the phen. I sure hope not.

Maybe the bad cravings will die down soon, too. Each of us feels the effects a little differently. I feel hungry; others have to force themselves to eat. I have NO extra energy; some can clean a 5 bedroom house in 15 minutes! Some feel the effects immediately; for me they built up as I continued and the phen actually worked better for me after 2 months than the first week!:eek:

Hope for the best and please post again soon so we can all know how your diet program is progressing!

I had no idea that it worked that differently for others.
So far I have lost 4 lbs. hopefully i'll see more results this week. thanks. AJ
