I need some help setting some stuff up. I am so irritatingly lost doing this stuff. First things first I need a step by step process, I am so computer dumb its not even funny (specially for those helping me:o ). I see the posts where people have their starting weight and how much theyve lost each month and their goal weight within each post. How do I do that or do I have to type it in each time? Second where and how do I put in a weight loss diary? Third and hopefully Ill be good to go; how do I put in a ticker on my posts? My husband is usually the one who walks me through very slowly might I add:o . So now that hes gone I need a pinch hitter! Thank you so much.

Well first thing; to start a journal you go to Daily Phentermine Support and start a new topic. There is a blue button at the top of the page, you do it the same way you started this topic. Just title it as your journal. That's all there is to that. For a ticker you can go to tickerfactory.com and get one there. It walks you through that so it's pretty easy. When you get the code for it, you will copy and it and come back here (it's easier to just open a new window) and go to your Account Page. In there, there is a section called your signature. you will paste the code into there. Also, that is where you will put your stats. Make sure and save all the info you put in there. After you put it all in and save it, it will show up in every post you make. Good luck and if you have problems or any other questions just PM and I will walk you through it.

Thank you so much for the help. I think Ive got it but I also think that my ticker comes up as a link instead of just poppin up when I send my post. Anyways, thank you again I was pulling my hair out trying to figure it out!

It's a link instead of the ticker b/c you copied the wrong part hehehe...it happens...you want to copy the BBcode instead of the url it gives you. Or you can leave it like that if you want. Totally up to you Glad you figured everything out though! Well done!
