Day 1 Phentermine 37.5- lookin for friends!

Hi, everybody! I am new and so excited for this forum. What better way to diet than with friends and such motivational stories! I would love a buddy, if anyone is interested, let me know...My weight always fluctuates. I am kind of a Janet Jackson, if you will! Last year I had lost 50 lbs the hard way, then became involved and was eatin out a lot, secure, you know how it goes...bad breakup, sad times...welcome back, 30 LBS!!!! So now I am committed to making this work and finding friends along the way. I would love to hear from any and all of you.

I am new here too. My first appt. is actually on Thurs. Prob. start meds. Fri. I am at 200 lbs now and goal weight is 130 as before. I can't believe I got this big! I was 183 and gained 17 pounds again in 2 months. I do this when I get stressed a lot. Where are you from? Fort Myers, FL here. Glad to be your friend!

. I live in Joppa, Maryland which is not too far from Baltimore. I envy you living in Florida- I just vacationed in Hollywood, FL and it was WONDERFUL! Have you ever taken phentermine before? Sweet! I will be your "phen-buddy" lol. Florida is nice, but summer is too hot! Down falls everywhere I guess. No, I have never taken Phentermine before. This will be my first after the storm passes and I can get into the doctor. I will be checking on here often. Nice to meet you!

I forgot about the storm! I hope it does not affect you too much... I know the first time I took phentermine (phen/fen years ago) I was AMAZED at how well it worked. I hope you are able to have the same results. I am anxious to see if my body is as responsive as it was then- I was 18. Now I'm pushing 30! Ugh- I noticed you said you gain weight when you are stressed. ME, TOO, sister. I am under a lot of stress now, but I'm hoping to take the focus off of my stress and put that same focus into making this work!

hello, im new too, i am excited as well, i started on phen 8/18 my start weight was 195lbs and now im 187lbs so it does work for me, and no doubt it will work for u too! my goal weight is 165 for now, i will see how i like that if im not satisfied then i will go for the gusto(145) long way but im sure it can happen!

I am glad to hear that phen has been working so well for you! You will be at your goal in no time. You and I are at similar weights- we should keep in touch! You can never have too much support.

Hi, I am just starting the phentermine also. Actually, I have been on it for 6 days now and have lost 7 pounds. I am so excited. I hope that I continue to lose. Especially at this rate.
