I noticed that yall say on an empty stomach. I just started it yesterday and I've been taking it right after breakfast. Do I need to wait?

I started taking mine on an empty stomach when I first got them, but then I realized - why am I doing this? I'm never hungry in the mornings. For me, my phentermine wears off around 8 or 9 pm when I take it around 9 or 10 in the morning. So what I've started doing is eating something small for breakfast (when I can eat breakfast - it usually makes me feel sick - has ever since I was little), something for lunch. And then maybe an hour or so after lunch, I'll take a phentermine pill. It seems to help me fight those evil cravings that sneak up on me at night. I've always been more of a night time eater. I think I might start taking half a pill after I eat lunch, and then the other half after I eat dinner and see how that works as well.

WVBCFan: If you're eating breakfast first, wait 1-2 hours before taking your pill. Your digestion will have already begun. I believe that since the pill works on our brains thru the bloodstream, if it's already digesting and the "hunger areas" of our brains are satisfied, then the pill right then won't work properly. After the initial food digestion has taken place (1-2 hours) the pill will work better (kind of on an empty stomach).

Hi there i'm new here and i'm planning on ordering phen in a week or so. I was just wondering I don't eat that much to begin throughout the day then at night those nasty nightly cravings come in is can anybody tell me if it's still going to help me lose weight.
