All controlled drugs are illegal to sell or buy online without a hand-written, doctor's prescription. Scammers offer you who-knows-what for $$$$$ and a real prescription is fairly cheap at your local Walmart.

Hi, Lisa! Welcome to the Forum.
I am not a teetotaler but do not drink regularly. I remember about 2 ounces of White Zinfandel in March, with dinner out. I enjoyed that, but it's only about 2x a year. Neither do I smoke(though I did 30 years ago)or take recreational drugs, so I understand your concern.

Phentermine is a safe and legal drug for weight loss help, when taken as directed and monitored by your doctor. It is almost universal that you should either start at 15 mg. capsules, once a day, or 1/2 the 37.5 mg tablet, for 5-10 days, until your body gets accustomed to it.

You can expect headaches, a chatty or nervous-y feeling, as if you've had a couple cups of strong coffee, and more willpower. Cotton-mouth is widely reported and may stay with you for weeks, but the sleeplessness and headaches will be gone after a few days~

USE THIS POWER WISELY! The force is with you!

she did give me 37.5 mg. tablets to take once a day.
i decided to wait until in the morning to take it until someone responded. i am at 250 pds. up and down for about 4 years 245 to 250. i walk 3 miles a day now for 2 1/2 months started at 1 mile worked my way up to 4 miles twice a week. haven't lost any weight so she wanted to try this and she is testing my thyroids and other stuff. i told her i would read as much as i could and try to find real people that have taken it because i don't like meds i am scared to death of street drugs and if i felt like they made me feel like i was taking drugs that i would stop. my daddy was a very heavy drinker that might be why i don't drink at all. as for drugs my brothers did them i watched how stupid they were so i guess thats why i never did them. my oldest brother talked me into smoking a joint with him when i was 16 i swear i was a vegetable so i never done that again. i sure hope i don't sound crazy to any of you i just am scared to death of medicine. thank you..

Hi, Lisa~ You have got quite a story, Girl, and I am so glad you shared that with us. You would think I'd remember exactly, but I can't!

I am so OLD.

I took ibuprofen or a B.C. aspirin powder for headache. I had to learn to do a few things, some of which might prove helpful to you~

I will attach what I tried at the end of this email but these things are ones I have found of lasting importance for me:

1. Find an eating plan you can live with long-term.Have to make a bit of room for some of the foods you like. if it's a plan you can live with for the long haul, then you are a lot more likely to stay with it.
2. Planning your meals ahead of time helps you avoid another dieting pitfall: spontaneous eating. Conscientiously plan your meals. Cook healthy meals and bag 'em and have them ready, in the frig as often as possible.
When healthy meals are at arm's reach, you're more likely to eat them.
3. A huge dieting pitfall is thinking that you can run on empty.
Restricting your calories too low (less than 1,000 calories a day) can cause trouble. Your body retaliates and instead of losing fat, you lose muscle -- plus, you don't have enough energy to get you through the day.
Small meals at regular intervals, 5-6x a day, are much better. Never skip breakfast..
4. Something IS going to derail you. Must realize that the world isn't on your diet. The answer is to plan, plan, and plan.
But if you decide ahead of time that you will detour off your diet, you can set limits. Do NOT use a boo-boo as an excuse to ditch your diet for the rest of the week.
Dust off yer britches and get right back in the saddle and on your diet.
5. Constantly remind yourself how well you've done. Use any measurement tool available--scales, tape measure, clothes' fit, etc. Remember, too, you are healthier, probably have a healthier heart, blood pressure, energy, etc.
6. Don't make goals you cannot achieve. It's much better to set a reasonable goal, and REACH it, every week. Aim for 1% of your total weight to be gone, each week. The tortoise always wins this race.
7. Move a little bit every single day.
