Now what the heck do I do with all this energy? It's hard to work out when you are taking care of a 6month old, so I've been putting her in in my baby wrap (the best invention ever) and hopping on my stationary bike! Lulls her to sleep and I get the exercise!

Hello I have been taking the 30 MG blue/white pills for a short time and have lost 19 lbs so far. My husband lost his job so right now I do not have insurance b/c our personal insurance we singed up for has not kicked in. So I can not go back to the doc until then. Hello, I am new here too. I have been on the yellow 30 mg capsules for 26 days and have lost 14.9 lbs. I seem to have hit a plateau at the 15 lbs and can't seem to get past it. Have been there for about a week now. So far, other than the dry mouth, and occasional jittery feeling, there have been no major side effects. I love the energy I am feeling, I actually WANT to exercise and that is a great feeling. Every lb. I lose is making the arthritis in my knees better and better. I already notice it when climbing the stairs. I just hope I can get past this little lull in the loss. I was really looking forward to hitting the 20 lb mark!

Well, I was started with the 30mg b&w capsules on July 2, 2009 omg,....I don't know if I need a higher dose or what cuz headaches when away after drinking more water hooray,..mood swings I can sometimes control,...insomnia no more,..I hope I got a good nights rest last night we will see,..but my tiredness is ridiculous!!! I literally take the pill in the morning and go back to bed and all thru out the day Im tired!! anybody experience this??? and Ive been getting chills,...all the kids are a little sick maybe Im just overreacting on that one but im still alive soo maybe that's just my body telling me im gonna get sick pretty soon,...Idk?? appointment with doc tomorrow,...anybody else experience tiredness???

I have been using the 30 mg yellow capsules since August 28th. The pills work better than I expected. They are great at suppressing my appetite but I still maintain a 1200-1500 calorie a day diet filled with fruits,veggies, fiber, and water. I use the Start Walking exercise program for my exercise regimen. I do the 45 minute, 3 mile walk 6 days a week in the morning before work and it makes me feel fantastic. I don't really get much added energy from the pill I more or less function on my own will. So far so great though! I have lost 18 lbs so far!
