Hi everyone,

I was adding a new page to the site and I realized we didn't have an official review thread for each type of Phentermine. This thread will be dedicated to Phentermine 30mg capsules.

I am taking the 30 mg blue capsules. I started Sept 25 and as of this moring I am down 13lbs.I have been down this same 13 lbs for 2 weeks though. I was wondering if I need to try a stronger dose. I am not hungry on the 30 mg just seem to have peaked. Any advice would be great.

It is important to force yourself to eat as other wise your body will go into starvation mode and make it a hell of a lot harder to loose the weight you want to.

Thanks, I eat about 1500 calories a day. I also walk at least 2 miles 4 times a week. I will keep what you said in mind.

I take the yellow 30's and i have great sucess with them. i did try the 37's but was not as sucessful so now that i am back on the 30's i have found that they just work the best for me.

I actually had the opposite reaction. I usually take the 37.5mg's from Custom in half doses with good results. Today I took my first 30mg yellow capsule and felt NOTHING at all. Just thought I'd share!
