My phen 15 says to take it in the evening but the last time I took it I had it broken up to where I took one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Does anyone know how it effects you taking them in the evening?

Wow! Some great recommendations for the 15 mg! I can't even IMAGINE sleeping at night if taking any phentermine after noon!

Yeah you'd never sleep again. I don't know what was up with that Dr. what did you mean by split up last time. By taking 2 15 mg's a day or splitting the 37.5 and taking half in the morning and half in the early afternoon. I answered your other question in the Has your phentermine been weak? Thread.

Thanks spice !!! She's sooo right you have to go to a weightloss clinic or a regular medical Dr. to get it with a prescription. At least that way you will know what your getting. It's been illegal to order off the internet without a prescription since Jan. 2007.
