Hi, I received this website from a friend of mine that I work with. I am really looking forward to meeting new people. I could use a little help with getting started. I am taking Phent. but I would like to know what else I could do to push losing the weight along. I have 3 children and lost all the weight after the first but since my second..........well that is another story. On top of this I have had a hysterectomy. With all this is it still possible to lose the weight?

Please help with information.

Hi there,

Welcome. Sometimes life throws us walls for us to overcome. I honestly believe this only makes us stronger. Although we may not feel like it at the time. The answer to your question, of course you can. I have never had a hysterectomy although I hear it is difficult to loose weight. Due to the hormones in your body going crazy. But you can loose weight! You can do anything you set your mind to. You might not loose weight like you did when you were younger but none of us are (I wish I could) LOL I gained 80 pounds with both of my children, I found out I had cervical cancer while I was pregnant with my seccond and I have had the hardest time to loose weight. With all the medication I have been taking and STRESS!!!!! But, I will do it and you can to. If you would like we can be weight loss buddies and help motivate eachother. Good luck and keep us posted.

Hello bbslove, you are on the right track just by wanting to lose the weight and get back in shape! For me drinking lots of water, eating small meals and walking help the most. I used to take the elevator and work all the time, no I walk walk walk. Seems like the more I do the better I feel.
