Ok guys..thank you so much for your support and kind wishes. I have decided on my new goal. My next path is to get to 180lbs. Then hopefully set a new one after that. Rainbow tears..if only there was such a thing as no calorie food!!! I know half my problem is I'm a stress eater so lately Im trying not to sweat the small stuff..lifes too short right? I have found my new food of the week. dried apricots! I am half sick of looking at fruit so this is my alternative and they are very high in fibre. I can eat at least 35 of these for 100 calories which is a lot of apricots..(word of warning..dont try this unless a toilet is within 20 feet of you at all times!!!!) I speak from experience!!! Anyway..you guys have a great weekend! and remember..my Nan used to say "dont wait for your ship to come in....swim out to it!" Daisy xx

Iv always loved dried apricots, there is such thing as calorie free food, it is simple - JUST DON'T EAT IT!!!

That's me too oopsa I love comfort food and I'm a cajun chef. So that's double trouble for me. But as my good friend says to me all the time everything in moderation. So I'm working on my portion control and the phen definitely helps with that. Best Wishes! Girl you lost some weight!!!!! Big Time!!!! That's fantastic!!! Awesome!!!!!!
