well, the pills are doing well. i eat really only once a day, mainly because i forget haha.

i haven't bought a scale yet because......um....i don't know, lol. i plan to this week though, come rain or shine. who knows how much, if any weight was lost this past week, but we'll take a starting weight as soon as i get a scale. i put my jeans on yesterday that before i could barely button. they SEEMED to button easier, but without actual proof...i haven't the slightest idea.

i have some great energy, last weekend i cleaned the apt from top to bottom. i mean, cleaning the drawers and everything. it's great!!!

It is important to FORCE yourself to eat even if your not hungry as your body needs fuel to burn the energy the phen gives you, even if it means fruit for breakfast, toast for lunch, and something proper at night, I have also been advised that a minamum of 3oz protein is a must as well.

I agree. I had to FORCE myself to eat. I easily could of gone all day with no food, however the cute trainer guys at my gym said if you don't eat, your body will go into starvation mode. I eat or drink a protein shake at least every 5 hours. It will keep your metabolism up. Good luck!

It is vital to remember to eat little and often, even if not hungry, shakes are good, even the low cal ones like slim fast or the slim fast smoothies that you make yourself, substitute the proper milk for soya milk makes them scrummier (in my opinion) but yeah stopping eating completely is DANGEROUS as your body will eventually stop functioning and you are likley to end up in a psych facility and treat for a eating disorder.

I agree. Actually, I got to the point where I was only eating like once a day and it made the weight loss STOP. I know it doesn't seem to make any sense, but, as soon as I started eating small multiple meals again, I lost again...
Its a mind thing, you have to make sure you remain in control or else you do start having an eating disorder mentality... All in all, if you wanna lose without plateauing, eat!

yeah, today after my interview i'm going grocery shopping and i hope to start eating again, even if it is a small bowl of cereal in the morning and a piece of toast for lunch with a larger dinner.
i'm also picking up the scale so i can actually keep track of myself :-). i've usually been able to loose weight quickly (except on WW, there i lost more inches than anything), so here's hoping. i feel my cold going away here, so hopefully within the next week i'll be able to pick up TJ again. i sure do miss the boost it gives me!
