 :cool: You gals are RIGHT!! Eat often and make yourself eat something with protein every few hours, even if it's only several nuts. Protein, fiber, water and complex carbohydrates are ALL essential to weight loss and healthy patterns.
TearDrp, I am proud of you for getting a scale. I didn't want to weigh myself at all, so I refused until this summer. When I finally stepped on it, it wasn't as bad as I had thought!
