I was just thinking today about the length of time I have taken phentermine and I was wondering if there is anybody else out there that has taken it for an outstanding amount of time? I have heard you are not supposed to take it 24hrs a day, 7 days a week or 365 days a year, but I am curious to see how long others have taken it. Maybe off & on or for a straight period of time. Feel free to share.

erm started on the 2nd October 06, so only been the end of my second week today, weigh in that will reflect in ticker and profile is tomorrow, and I have to admit I am really really impressed with the results so far, jsut wish I had discoverd phen sooner.
