My loss

I know it`s not really huge, but down 2.5 punds in 1 week. and also TOM for me.
hopefully i see loss like this every week.

SusyQ! That is wonderful!! Share with us how you are doing that. Do you eat small meals often? Are you a calorie counter? Exercising? Drinking water??

Congratulations to you. Doesn't it feel good? I love it when someone says to me at work," Are you losing weight?" And then I just pretend I didn't really notice or wasn't really trying to, and I say "Yeah, I guess I have lost a little"> HeeHee. If they only knew! Yet today, I'm a little worried because I'm gonna have to go off of them for a week or two due to phen burn out, unless someone has another remedy. Anyway, Congrats to you and it's great you are going nice and slow. It will really stay off that way. Take care, ttkitty.

It's so nice to get compliments, isn't it???

I am fixin' to go off of Phen myself, after being on it EVERY day for the past 19 1/2 weeks. Gonna take a few weeks break, & then get on it again before Christmas. Hopefully the effects will be STRONG again & keep me from overeating over the holidays!!! :o
