Before breakfast

Depends. Some days I don't notice until late at night. Other days I need a little will power too, especially if its been a bad day (emotional eating)...or there is something too yummy for words in the fridge


5. How much weight did you lose in December (just december)
I've lost 22lbs or more since May 1st. (started May 1, first weigh in was the 25th.)

I honestly did not notice the difference...that's why I wrote mistakenly that I take the 37.5's. I've been on both, even 37.5 twice daily by prescription. I was lucky to get the 30's, once daily, and that's been my attitude. I have to lose weight before my doc even thinks of refilling, so I'm sticking pretty close to the plan (with a few slip ups)

I like the phen in pill form, so that you can break it up, as Jessegirl does. My prescription comes in capsule form, and I'm not as happy with it for that reason.

hey, I could always be hungry. For me, I don't think there's a majic pill yet that wipes that clean, except for Preludin, which I've never seen anyone prescribe in 3 decades...makes you manic...too much phen in one day does the same to me.

Phen taken as prescribed, at least gives you a chance to turn your attention to other things. It also over-rides the weak feeling that might result from cutting back hard on food intake.

I have taken the 30's first time I took phentermine and I loved them I lost weight quickly 207 to 135 in 6 months! But man was I a complete witch! Had no control of my moods! This time 37.5's I like them they do work not as fast but thank God I am not an emotional wreck

I make myself eat a small amount every 2-3 hours, even though I am not hungry!

Never tried 30's. Did try name brand 37.5's (Adipex) vs generic (Phentermine). Generic was actually better.

I have had success with the 30mg capsules about a year ago I lost 30 lbs. in 3 months. I am happy to say that I kept off all of the wieght that I lost, but I am still not where I want to be so I just started taking the 37.5 mg. I hope that it works!

I get a little hungry during the day, around meal time. But when I do sit down to have a meal the portion is alot smaller.
