*PLEASE NOTE THAT I GOT MY
PHENTERMINE FROM MY FAMILY DOCTOR. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET IT ONLINE. IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL IT ONLINE, SO I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO TRY BECAUSE YOU WILL JUST GET SCAMMED.
I don't keep an online
journal, but I did keep sort of a handwritten journal last winter and spring when I was taking Phentermine and lost my 17 lbs. I recently was looking through it and made some observations which I previously wasn't aware of. These are just my experiences and everyone responds differently to medications, but I thought I'd share some of my findings, related to some of the questions and comments I've read on this site.
When I took the
37.5 tablet, I found that taking the entire tablet at one time ( in the a.m.) made me very "jittery". When I took 1/2 tablet in the a.m., I didn't have that problem and was able to sleep well at night. If I took a 2nd 1/2 tablet, later in the day around noon, I still wasn't jittery but I DID have trouble sleeping. Also, although the 1/2 tablet gave me energy and suppressed my appetite, I never really felt "good" on it. You may have read where sometimes people have a slight sensation of euphoria. I can't say I felt agitated but it wasn't a "feel good" sensation, either. And I lost weight.
When I tried the EON Phentermine
30mg capsule, taking the whole time-released capsule did not cause the jitters, it DID create a "feel good" sensation, it did give me additional energy and it suppressed my appetite. But I also had trouble sleeping - a lot of trouble. I tried emptying part of the capsule ( which is hard, but can be done) and taking only 1/2 or 2/3 of a full capsule and had better luck with the sleep, but still had a problem . Because the 30mg capsule is time released and can stay in your system up to 36 hours, I guess it continues to release even late into the evening, no matter how early in the a.m. you take it.
Also, looking back at my notes, I believe I was losing more weight while taking the 37.5 tablet - even the 1/2 tablet - than I did with the 30mg capsule. But, I felt much better and was happier when taking the capsule. I'm no scientist - certainly no pharmacist- and I know these 2 different drugs are manufactured by different companies and formulated differently, which I'm sure accounts for the dissimilarities. And as I said earlier, they react differently with different people. I just wanted to share some of my experinces with anyone considering which medication to take. Keep in mind that I didn't have a lot of weight to lose and I took them for a very short time. My DOCTOR understood that because of my age, I had gained weight over the years which just wasn't coming off ( although, looking back, I know I could have lost the weight if I had gotten into a serious workout routine - I just wasn't losing it with
diet and simple exercise). As I've said before, losing the weight with phentermine wasn't that hard. Keeping it off WITHOUT phentermine is VERY HARD!! That's where I am now and it's a daily struggle. But I'm so thankful to have had the phentermine to help me get to this point and keep me motivated.
For those of you on this journey, I wish you the best. For those of you who would like to take phentermine, but can't find a doctor to prescribe it, I don't know what to say other than don't let that stop you from doing the best you can and maybe, someday you'll find an understanding dr who will recognize your needs. But I see phentermine as an "aid" to
weight loss and not the solution. Whether you're taking it or not, there's going to be a lot of hard work and a complete change in lifestyle . Good Luck and sorry for the rant!
