I'm not as hungry, and find that I get full much more quickly, but I think that the 'full' feeling is more because I eat alot less. The appetite is controlled by the phen.

I believe I read somewhere that phentermine is not just about decreasing that hunger of yours but also helps with your metabolism. Im not sure if this is true, but I would tend to believe it could be valid since my eating habits have never been a problem since Im not a sweets person, eat lots of veggies, and comsume about 1200-1400 maybe a day and even then I sometimes dont eat enough. On top of that Im on a low carb diet since i have a gluten intolerance. On the other hand, I have hypothyroidism and my metabolism runs like a dead snail. While most people I know lost tons of weight on atkins or south beach, I didnt and even at times gained weight. Now on phentermine im starting to loose so it must have to do with an increased metabolism.
Im not an expert though....
