You lost 8 pounds in 4 days??? That's pretty amazing...

No, sit ups will not make your stomach flat. Sit ups will make your abs stronger but you still have to do the cardio to lose the fat.

I don't think the phentermine do anything to your stomach. It reduces your appetite, but I think it effects your brain more than your stomach. I may be wrong though.. lol

I'm not as hungry, and find that I get full much more quickly, but I think that the 'full' feeling is more because I eat alot less. The appetite is controlled by the phen.

I know that exercise is the key to any weight loss but I must say that my first go round with Phentermine I never not once exercised and I lost alot of weight in a short time including my stomach fat! I looked as though I had lipo and tummy tuck thats how much fat I lost without exercise! Now I must say this time around of course after 2 children and a C-section my stomach is not going as fast as the first time but it's going but I know that I must do abdominal exercise this time if I want to have the stomach I once did!

Hi! You are right, we CAN DO THIS if we stick together and stay accountable to each other.

You deserve much more than a weight-based 'love'. That is NOT LOVE; I hope you realize that is a necessary quality lacking in HIM, not in YOU!
