yea, most likely. But I do get a little irritate no matter what diet regimen I follow. This product adds a bit of aggresiveness to me personally due to lack of calories.

These days we realize that St John's Wort and 5-HTP, too, as Seratonin precursors or affecting us as such, the amounts must be regulated and monitored. It's a real good idea to pass them both through a medicine interaction checklist~

Good idea, Susan, I never thought about things like St Johns Wort or other homeopathic type of meds interacting with the phen or any other meds you might be on. I never have had luck with "mood boosters" they always seem to work the opposite way for me. Personally, I think the irritability that I have been feeling is due to the fact that my four children are all home for summer vacation and arguing with each other constantly!!! LOL!! (is it time for school to start yet?!) I was never one to have problems with pms though either, so I wonder if that may factor into your moodiness, maybe it affects people who are more to easily moody to begin with? Maybe we should do a poll!?
