You can loose a stone!

I've lost 14lbs in one month...From 3/25/09-4/23/09 14lb loss I hope its the same for the second month

14lbs is awesome! That's what I lost in a month the first time I took phen a few years ago... this time the going is slower as its after I had a baby and the weight just doesn't seem to want to budge...
