Can Take Phentermine and Levothyroxine if you have an under active thyroid

My question is can you take phentermine hcl 37.2mg if you have an under active thyroid and taking levothyroxine 50mcg? Please help, I am struggling to lose any weight. I am about 5 stone over weight and have tried all kind of diets.

You can, but you must go through your doctor. I am one who took both for 15 weeks in 2006 and am still on thyroid meds. You must be monitored for this ~

Yes as long as you are "hypo" and not "hyper" its ok. But with anything, check with your doctor first just to be safe. I took both and never had any problems.
