Hello,
I was given Mutual 274 by my doctor. I get cravings like crazy and I am always tired with this specific mfg. I was on the yellow A160 and noticed the phen effects and no cravings what so ever with that pill. Howeverm this mutual 274 seems like Im not taking anything! Should I ask for a different mfg? Can I do that? Has anyone had success with the Phentermine mfg by Mutual exact pill 274? Also, why do they have different numbers on them if they are the same thing and strenghs? Thanks!

I wish I knew that answer. I just posted this somewhere(who knows?) so have it handy to post again for you. Find a manufacturer you like and ask your pharmacy whether they will order from them at your request.

I know that each one even by different manufacturers are supposed to be the exact same as the brand. Like all phen 37.5 is supposed to be like adipex but it isn't. If you ask different people they will give you all sorts of reviews on the different imprints on the pills like this one gave me headaches, this one made me tired, this one made me hungrier etc. This is the reason why I bought brand name adipex because all the reviews and opinions I read about the imprints that the 3 pharmacy's had here in my town were not very good ones. I opted to pay more but figured I would benefit in the end.
I have definately heard the hungrier thing. I think that you can do one of two things since it seems he is the one handing you the pills and your not taking to a pharmacy. Either ask him if he can give you 37.5's if he has them or ask him for a script either for the 30's or 37.5's to take to get filled yourself and not use his. In doing this you can ask what each pharmacy has before its filled to ensure you get the imprint you want.
