Today Thursday, April 23rd was my doctors appt and Im genuinely happy to down 15lbs, 30lbs to go but I feel like I could of done a lot better the last two weeks. I was shooting for 20lbs. But owell... Hopefully I will meet my goal by the beginning of August of 150. Is that too unrealistic? Im looking foward to the next several weeks in hopes to lose at least 15 more before my trip. Could anyone update me as to what I should expect now since Im going on my second month. Should I take a break from phen then resume after a week off? I've been teter-tottering the last two weeks. I really need all the suggestions I can get and support to keep me motivated. I tell you the trught its been very hard for me getting all the calories in that I need everyday, so the scale is still not moving any. No gain tho which I guess is good. How many lbs has anyone lost during the second month?

Congrats on your loss...you should be proud of yourself. Well keep eating great and working out and you will do fine...when you notice the weight loss slows down just change your habits..have a great night!

If you are 195 (in One-derland!)lbs, with hard work you can expect at least 1% of your weight to be lost in any given following week. If you are 195, expect 1.95 pounds the 1st week of the 2nd month, then when you are 193 pounds, expect 1.93 lb loss. At 191.1 pounds, expect 1.9 pounds loss....and so on.

You will lose more slowly as you get nearer your goal. Be sure to use your time wisely and retrain your brain on how to be healthy!

Susan is SOO Right!!! Let me tell you. The first 2 months..no problem...now into the third and only 13 pounds to go. I often get frustraded that I should be losing like I did in the first month. But you have to be diligent. It will happen, you will just have to work harder and keep telling yourself why your doing it!! It works! The great thing about summer is that there is more variety of fresh fruits and veggies to get you out of the winter rut!! Keep it up!
