Today Thursday, April 23rd was my doctors appt and Im genuinely happy to down 15lbs, 30lbs to go but I feel like I could of done a lot better the last two weeks. I was shooting for 20lbs. But owell... Hopefully I will meet my goal by the beginning of August of 150. Is that too unrealistic? Im looking foward to the next several weeks in hopes to lose at least 15 more before my trip. Could anyone update me as to what I should expect now since Im going on my second month. Should I take a break from phen then resume after a week off? I've been teter-tottering the last two weeks. I really need all the suggestions I can get and support to keep me motivated. I tell you the trught its been very hard for me getting all the calories in that I need everyday, so the scale is still not moving any. No gain tho which I guess is good. How many lbs has anyone lost during the second month?
