I lost 10 pounds my first week..
I wake up at 7am for work i do pilates 10 min. ev. morning before work
breakfast - (9:00 am )lemon water and pc. of fruit and black coffee no sugar or cream
i walk every day at this park for 1/2 hr. to 45 min briskly...
Lunch - (12:00) hard boiled eggs (sometimes 2)
Snack - (1:30)salad w/any veggies i wanted and olive oil and vinegar dressing
3:00 pm watch "The doctors" show and jump rope 100 times between commercials
Dinner - (4:30 - 5:30) meat, veggie (as much as i wanted)
Snack - (7pm - 8pm)strawberries (sometimes frozen) grapes, peach or apple and tea w/splenda no milk
thats pretty much all i eat most days...
You HAVE to EAT and EXERCISE Do something everyday to get your heart going even if you just jump off your couch and do the twist during commercials...10 jumping jacks..15 squats mix it up ..your body will start moving I gaurantee it
Also keep a positive attitude i swear depression holds weight on ....so SMILE  and picture your self thin
